Zoysia (Wide Blade) grass is known for its medium green color, dense blades, and low maintenance once established. This grass will allow for heavy foot traffic and drought tolerance.
 
Once you place an order we schedule for it to be cut. The sod arrives the next morning it has been cut and needs to be picked up the day it arrives. In extreme heat, sod should be laid down in less than 48 hours.
